when you jump up and down and conveniently place your hands on your crotch to try and stop the piss from flowing out of your urethra

bystander number 1:look at that fag over there. whats his problem.
bystander number 2:i dont know. is he just touching himself?
bystander number 3:no you dumbasses. somebody shit so hard they clogged the toilet, and now this poor guy cant piss, so hes doing the piss dance to try and hold it in.
