Melatabiphobia is the phobia of commitment related goals. Usually lacking self confidence, a melatabiphobic will refrain from putting effort into achieving more than comes naturally.

Manager: Delvin, I need you to sell two units by the end of the day today.

Delvin: Oh no no no! I can't do that, how about I just talk to customers and see what happens.

Manager: I need a commitment from you!

Delvin: Not going to happen, I have melatabiphobia.
