A more clever way to say...Dick head, cock,idiot, A-hole,douche bag.

"Dude stop being such a blowstick."

"Ha, Your mom's a total blowstick."

Being stuck in traffic because the guy in front of you drives like an A-hole and you yell at him "Learn how to drive you stupid blowstick!"
