biscuit lips

Lips that are abnormally large, mostly found on blacks. Symptoms of biscuit lips include: extreme inflation of both lips, unrecognizable speech paterns, and/or dark skin.

"What's wrong with Carl's face?"

"Nothing, it's just biscuit lips."
