chicken sniper:
a person who in a war game, attacks you and will not heal for return fire

chicken sniping:
attacking someone without healing up to get hit back

(primarily used in zynga's mafia wars)

That chicken sniper just hit me again! I cannot wait for that chicken sniping ass clown to heal up!
