Used to describe a person who is inconsistent in their loyalty or attitude toward you. Sometimes real, sometimes distant. They’re not fully fake, but not all the way solid either. Just like a slushy: not ice, not liquid—somewhere in between.

One day Amro’s hyping you up, the next he’s lowkey dissing you. He’s real slushy like that.
