Snatch Pot 

When you are bald headed and it looks like someone snatched a hand full of your hair out! On the back of your neck, the sides of your head or on the top of your head. Just nappy headed with very short hair like a used brillo pad.

Girl look at her hot dog neck. That ain't no hot dog neck that's a snatch pot!!
