a minionaire ususally occurs, when a minion usually working for 5 cent from india or pakistan ,becomes a millionaire, and they don't really know what to do,so they keep minioning while keeping the millions instead of going on holiday or cloning a spare arm just in case..!!you know go fucking wild and do something just mad!!
