Someone who doesn't think when they speak, natural flying saliva rushes out the persons mouth when speaking. Spitterz are filled with lies, gossip, slander, and anything lower that could fulfill their personal purpose. Main goal in mind is to ruin a reputation or create maximum conflict. see troll
