Chaz is short for the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone. The Chaz holds the world record as the quickest speed run of socialism. After a week they became famous for rioting, burning, looting, and murder. They also setup a garden where they grew vegetables on cardboard. They later fertilized them with poop and watered them with piss.
