Boom Box on Wheels, Idiot Driving. Pretty self explanatory: any moron polluting the air with a loud, usually terrible, sound system. Generally shakes the teeth of passengers in surrounding vehicles. BBOWID's are on a snowball headin' for tinnitus hell.
"Sorry, Grandma, we've accidentally ended up next to a BBOWID (pronounced, "bub-ow-id") Hold on tight and hopefully you won't end up with your dentures knocked down your throat."
