A forum of government that uses a constitution and multiple branches (Legislative, Executive, etc..) of the central government to make all the laws, act, reforms, etc... in the entire country. The people have the full Sovereign power spelled out in a governing constitution ( which the central government uses for all decision making). The central government is formed by Officials and Representatives elected by the votes of the people.
