a hispanic(s) who gets an old, japanese car (civics mostly) then slaps on a cheap bodykit that serves no aerodynamic purpose, some chrome rims that are worth more than the car, and a big ass muffler tip that doesn't do anything but make it loud. then they call the piece of shit "fast".
