a period of time where a man or woman is suddenly and for no reason depressed and will not talk to anyone but waits for others to ask whats wrong but when you do he will say nothing leave me alone

john: dude wheres tom?
mark:i saw him go into the bedroom hes in complete jake mode right now
michael:ill go see whats wrong

michael whats wrong?
tom nothing leave me alone! *sulks*
