chwiken

chicken was originally spelt like this- "Chwiken" but was made into "Chicken" so that it was easier to spell and say. It was changed mid-19th century, and some still spell it this way.

"I just had some chwiken fingers!"
"Oh, were they good?"
"Yes! Chwiken is my favourite food"
