When Someone has a large "outie" belly button that is covered in weird rashes/blisters/othernastyweirdstuff/lint making it look as a volcano would after eruption....destroyed and weird.Mabye releasing poisonous gases,it depends.

Few things are more disturbing to the human mind than see an obese mans bellycano.
