To be chill, calm etc. short for tranquil. Once this state has been reached you are far more chill than chill itself or chillax.
EXAMPLE: Ryan-hey bro what are you doing
Paul-quilin man...quilin
Ryan-can i quil with you?
Paul-if your ready
