ball twiddling

The process in which the balls are being caressed and played with by someone's hands and or fingers. This can be a form of ball juggling as well. Ball twiddling also refers to the action of placing the balls in and around the mouth.

While blowing him, for maximum effect I gave him an epic ball twiddling as well.
