Someone who, after years of excessive use of Marijuana, has begun to believe that they are intellectually enlightened and superior to the average person, based on nothing more than their 'opened mind.'

"Dude, did you hear what the Weed genius was trying to do?"

"Naw mang, what?"

"He was trying to use 12 hard drive magnets, a plastic fan, a screwdriver, and some copper wire, to single handedly end the world's energy crisis."
