A blue collar worker that is lazy and complains and talks shit all day long. Often seen in shipyards or on construction sites, the guy that does hardly any work and complains about worker's rights and the pay scale.

Frank didn't get shit done, today! Fuckin' yardbird sits around complaining about how hot it is!
