Originating in yuri and lesbian communities the word is used to describe a type of fashion and or aesthetic that's lesbian in nature or appealing in a romantic and infatuating manor to lesbians.
While based in the idea that the word is an adjective of something that's appealing romantically to a lesbian its also been adopted by much more niche part of yuri communities as a way to describe anything they find cute or likable.
