To 'Wroclaw' or to have 'the Wroclaw' is a term for having an unbelievably damaged respiratory system caused by excess drinking and/or smoking.

"Aw hey man, are you okay? You sound like you're quite ill?"
"Nah bro, I have the Wroclaw."
