Someone who tries to use a word as an insult but has no idea what the word actually means to begin with. Kinda like using the wrong emoji in a twitch chat or Discord because they're just that stupid to not know when to use it. Can most be described as wearing an art-smock because you take it off after you're done, just like you stop being an idiot when the topic changes.
