A person who sniffs another persons bicycle seat after it has been used.

Random Brown Bag Special - "Did Mike just sniff my bike seat after my 20 mile, haven't showered yet today, ate Mexican last night with extra bean dip, probably left a nice poop smear on the seat, bike ride?"
