General term for a girl who uses people and then ignores them. Basically a people user who enjoys using people and breaking promises and saying stuff she cannot keep.

"That Priya asked us to do homework with her, got her homework done, left our stuff unifinished, and said that she had to go eat ice cream with friends at Bear's Den.."
