The practice of shaving ones pubes, secreting them and then throwing them over the face of a girl after administrating ejaculation onto said face. The ejaculate forms an adhesive which the pubes stick to. This maybe accompanied shouts of SHAZAAM or CONGRATULATIONS

Can also be employed as an insult
