A brand of genetically advanced humans, (or so we think), that wear round hats and often refers to others as "weezy" or "cats". Often says things like, "yo dude!" "excellent" "nice"

Did you just hear Horsley come in? He entered the room saying that he just stepped up in this mother fucker just a swingin his hair.
