Jam Face

A condition that makes it look like somebody has slothered jam all around your mouth. Requires one to smear vasiline all over his face.

Dean "Hey what's that you've got coming up on your face?"
Jack "Oh right, that's ma Jam Face, i'm lubing it up every day"
Dean "Gay"
