Similar to a Chavistocrat, this is someone posh (in the UK) who adopts a rudeboy persona - maybe indulging in some jamaican patois with his 'bredrens' before home for scones and cream with godmother mildred.
Refers to an Aga - a posh oven

Prince Harry - however not a great example
