The average stoner, who isn't stoned. Dates fatter women, possibly an emo, his favorite jokes and movies will be either sexist, racist, or homosexual; something like "Bruno" or "Andy Dick." Tommy's are usually the perfect target for being "T-Bagged" or giving them the "Dutch Oven."

This sucks, that Tommy invited me to a dinner date to watch some Andy Dick movie; I think I'll try to stay the night and T-Bag his face and leave a nice mushroom stamp.
