Response to an allergic or negative reaction to a small dog especially dachsunds.

If someone says or expresses a dislike for a small dog particularly a doxie like "I hate those yappy, little ankle biters"-you respond "Dachsundheit"!

Someone who bears the brunt and blame for almost anything that can and does go wrong.

He is the new scapegoatboy for the department if anything bad happpens.

Unable to move forward from a certain position or point of negotiation.

"It looks like we're stuck in a stagmire here if we can't agree on a way to move forward."
