Founded in the noughties by a group from Kempshott, Basingstoke, the idea of a naughty bike ride is to pedal around the surrounding villages around Basingstoke and every two or three miles, jump off the bike and do five minutes of intense workout. Apparently, after a couple of hours of this and you are truly shagged out.
