ONM syndrome 

Person who is more confortable in the world he has created in his mind THAN IN THE REAL world. Sometimes, it can be that at one moment he/she disconects for a few minuts and gets to this imaginary world.

A student is in a class and suddenly he remains in motionless, and he starts making grins. That would be a slight case of ONM syndrome
