A day or days of the work week, sometimes Wednesday (but not always) taken off for any reason, more than likely though for a hangover or "mental health" by a coworker, named Len, Leonard, or Lenny. Lensdays are often unplanned and occur without warning in the early morning hours.
Boss: "Hey is Len coming into the office today?"
Coworker: "No its Lensday boss, sorry no one told you."
Coworker: "No its Lensday boss, sorry no one told you."
