A contraction of the phrase, "so motherfucking sexy," or simply "motherfucking sexy."

Ex 1. You're new hair cut looks smexy (so motherfucking sexy).
Ex 2. Krista's new boyfriend is so smexy.
Ex 3. That's a smexy outfit you have on.
