Fomerly known as your Wingman or Taking one for the team. A guy that sacrifices himself by removing the we gotta go girl or the ugly chick from the gaggle of women that you are attempting to take home. Since women know what Wingman means, this is the deceptive term to get their guard down.

Lets go over and talk to those girls at the bar. Dan, you are going to be a martyr tonight, the butter face is all yours.
