Alcalostomy

Using full administration privileges, the accidental, complete and total eradication of all files on a Linux server using the command:

rm -rf /

This is only a full alcalostomy if you then do nothing to recover from this error, even when full backups and data recovery plans and procedures exist and are your required duties.
Ben fat fingered the command to erase all files, giving the server an Alcalostomy!
