Cincinnati Truffle

Occurs during the act of rimming, when the person getting rimmed releases a fart into the rimmer's mouth, the rimmer's cheeks inflate from the flurry of air, and the rimmer can actually taste the fart.

Rather than tell her I didn't want to see her again, I gave her a Cincinnati Truffle. Sometimes words are unneccessary.
