A term for Overly Outraged Woke Liberals. A descriptive acronym that encompasses the essence of their manipulation strategy of being utterly outraged by anything that bothers them. Pronounced "Owl."

The OOWL convulsed with outrage as they watched an obvious conservative address them without their preferred pronouns.
