The condition usually temporary but chronic. In which a man seems to think,feel and act like his balls are BIG so big they become bigger than his brain. Almost as big as his Ego but not quite as big as his level of unjustified arrogance,stupidity or delusion.
This guy is real undude,its obvious he is suffering from BigBallsSyndromePerhaps he should deflate them,take a Midol and call me tomorrow.
