Pronounced (for-en-twen-tee)

Typically used to describe a person who is not of legal age for sexual activity. Thus resulting in '4 minutes pleasure, 20 years jail.'
The 4'n'20 is also an Australian meat pie. But nobody cares about that.

While I was eating my hot 4'n'20 (pie), I saw a smoking 4'n'20 (attractive under-age person).
