or 'The Balsky'; and often shortened to 'Bals'; sometimes referred to as 'Balls', rarely 'Ballslicky'; a bittersweet, feisty bitch who is more times than not on the good side of the crazy line; someone who is not crazy but rather passionate; often there are twins to the Balsky; is the perfect mix of protective, loyal and straight up crazy.
