An expression used when spotting some one with really big gums all up in they mouth.

Buddy #1: You seen that homie over there spittin game.
Buddy #2:Yeah.
Buddy #1: His teeth are off the gumline.
Buddy #3: If she can ignore that, she can definitely ignore your warts.
