EFOCs

A term for large sums of paper money place in an unmarked envelope typically used for discretionary spending on unnecessary or obscenely expensive activities or items.
1) Shawn Kemp gives his baby mommas EFOCs for child support with what is left of his Supersonic earnings.

2) EFOC’s are commonly used by people of substantial wealth and class, who choose not to participate in recessions or other economic downturns, to partake in bottle-popping contest, play craps or purchase murdered-out Ferrari’s. See YouTube's "Bert the Broker".

3) The Oakland Raiders gave Jamarcus Russell so many EFOCs that he started caring less about football and more about buffets.
