-a delicious masterpiece from mickey d's

-it is a combination of a mcdouble and a mcchicken

-you take the lettuce and the chicken from the mcchicken and place it between the hamburger patties on the mcdouble

(if one wants to go all the way then you could place the entire mcchicken between the two patties)

Dudde im probably going to throw up after eating this mcchouble
