F.U.P.S is an acronym meaning: Fucked Up Public Swimmer. It was first defined by a Los Angeles based collective known as 2WetCrew. It is a useful term at Public Swimming pools and other places where public swimming is allowed. Not everybody knows how to swim correctly or lack style in the water and for those people, you call that a Fucked Up Public Swimmer.
