When one assists in making a booty call for a friend who feels their judgment is skewed or impaired due to factors such as alcohol, etc.

Kelly asked Vori if Seth should come over for a booty call since Kelly was too drunk to determine whether or not it was a good idea, thus creating the first assisted booty call which will be forever known as the Vori.
