Head Lesbian In Charge. Typically a butch, commanding lesbian presence with 3+ feminine submissive girls in tow behind her as if they were attached by leashes (as they literally often are). The HLIC will periodically exert her control by draping her arms around one or more of the girls, slapping their asses, and/or aggressively grabbing their boobs.
