A descriptive name for any form of marijuana that leaves its user disoriented forcing a person to ask who and what questions as if to be returning back to reality unaware of the world around them
(after hitting a blunt) Hey my man whats going on you down to walk to the beach...(marijuana user replies) Huh??? Who what?(after smoking marijuana) Who whats?
