Raptor Time 

anytime in which velociraptors are effing awesome. (It is rarely not raptor time)

When one says it is raptor time, he/she follows by making a velociraptor call.

Man 1: Excuse me, what time is it?
Man 2: I believe it's about 4 O'clock.
Man 1: Oh my watch says it's Raptor Time.
Man 2: ---
Man 1: MMMNNNRRRYYYAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!
